Ashleigh Gale is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She has had previous experience in a hospital setting in both acute, rehabilitation and community-based environments dealing with a wide range of patient groups in areas such as; Gastroenterology (gut motility, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticulitis and Coeliac Disease), Orthopedics (Malnutrition, nutrient deficiencies), Renal (Chronic Kidney Disease and Dialysis nutrition), Oncology and Diabetes.
Along with weight loss, diabetes management, gut health; she also has a very keen interest in sports nutrition. Ashleigh has experience in coaching in various sports and transfers that passion of assisting people achieve their goals into her dietetic practice, utilising evidence-based methods and up to date nutrition information to give patients the best opportunity to succeed.
Other areas of nutrition she works with are: Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Food Allergies, Arthritis, PCOS and Metabolic Syndrome.
Nutrition Consultations and Diet Planning
Initial Consultation 40 minutes : $130
Follow Up Consultations 20 Minutes: $75
MTC Diet & Exercise is registered to work with GPs on Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPCs).
If you are referred by your GP with this plan you can access Medicare for your Dietitian fees.
**Those with a healthcare/pension card have gap fee significantly reduced to just $35 (initial consult) & $10 (review consult) when referred through an EPC referral from their GP - please enquire regarding this.
